Este documento es un convenio privado de 1962 entre Sergio Rocca Bonilla y Jorge Edwards Valdés por la compra de un predio en La Reina (Ñuñoa). En él se establece un saldo de precio que el comprador se obliga a pagar en cuatro cuotas en un plazo de 24 meses, sumando un total de cuatro mil escudos más un 12% de interés anual.
