El texto está redactado como un diario de viaje, dividido en capítulos que llevan por título el lugar en el que se encuentran; algunos de estos son: Córdoba, Sevilla, Granada, Alpujarras, entre otros. Además, incluye subtítulos que indican el día del viaje, el día de la semana, la fecha y el lugar en el que se encuentra el autor. En la parte interna se explica que el viaje se realizo el año 1995.
