Carta enviada por Héctor Pérez, un joven admirador de 16 años oriundo de Puerto Montt, a Nicanor Parra, en donde aquel expresa al antipoeta su interés por la poesía que él escribe y, además, lo invita a que le cuente sobre su vida y su interior como si fuera un amigo, ya que, no sólo desea conocer a Parra, sino que también comprenderlo.
El reverso de la carta contiene dibujos y anotaciones manuscritas del poeta.
