En este se comenta que, luego de que varios escritores nacionales objetaran que la obra de Raúl Zurita no era merecedora del Premio Nacional de Literatura, el abogado Hernán Montealegre decidió argumentar formalmente al Contralor General de la República que, Oscar Quiroz, miembro del jurado que eligió como ganador a Zurita, no cumpliría con lo estipulado en la Ley 19.169.
