Tesis de grado que aborda cómo el escritor Carlos Droguett transformó un hecho real de la crónica roja en literatura a través de un proceso de constante reescritura. Emilio Dubois, fue un ciudadano francés al que ejecutaron en Valparíso en 1907 por una serie de asesinatos que jamás confesó, el hecho cautivó la curiosidad del autor y lo trabajó desde el folletín literario "Dubois, artista del crímen" hasta su famosa novela "Todas esas muertes".
